Product brief:
The existing asphalt was found to be failing and the screed beneath was very damaged by water ingress. Proteus Pro-BW® Plus, a fast cure, cold applied waterproofing system and a slip-resistant finish was selected.
Key Requirements: High Performance Waterproofing
Due to the poor condition of the screed, both the asphalt and the screed needed to be removed, exposing the concrete deck so a new Fastfill rapid setting mortar could be laid with drainage falls to the outlets. Followed by the rapid cure Proteus Pro-BW® Plus fully reinforced waterproofing.
